bug: Switching between MIDI and 14 bit MIDI resets values

Describe the bug
When you have a MIDI Out block and switch between MIDI and 14 bit MIDI it does not retain the field values

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. For a knob go to midi block
2. Type something in the MIDI tab fields
3. Switch to 14 bit MIDI
4. Switch back to MIDI
5. Observer the fields reseting

Expected behavior
Values should be retained. Bonus if carried over.
