Better UX for thinking mode #180
Description
The current state is that the thinking mode toggle in the prompt section is always present, regardless if the model supports thinking or not, which can be confusing.
Since we can't determine with 100% certainty if a model supports thinking or not, we can look for other options.
One possibility is to let the user declare if the model thinks or not when uploading it, and then adjust the Prompt section (and API, perhaps) accordingly.
This issue should also address how thinking is handled in the Prompt section feed.
