Implement all missing transformation functions identified in the mindmap audit.

Tasks

• Implement missing transformations in appropriate modules
• Create worked examples for each new transformation
• Add integration tests for transformation pipelines
• Document mathematical basis for each transformation
• Add to API reference

• Requires: Audit and map all Mindmap.canvas transformations
