Ensure consistency between Obsidian mathematical documentation and FoaPy implementation.

Tasks

• Cross-reference all Obsidian notes with FoaPy modules
• Add "Implementation" section to each Obsidian note
• Link Obsidian notes to FoaPy API documentation
• Ensure mathematical definitions match code comments
• Create bidirectional navigation
• Verify all examples are consistent
