How can I change the position for toasty, Or is always at right bottom?

You should be able to pass position into the config options:

position: 'bottom-right',
{string:bottom-right,bottom-left,top-right,top-left,top-center,bottom-center}

I would like to place the toasty on the top right but below our navigation. Is it possible to add a margin?
