Create a notebook to collect metrics about datasets that have been published as a result of these workshops

I would like to do something similar to the mbon_stats function where we can gather download statistics about datasets that have been shared to OBIS / GBIF. It would be great to have a summary of the impact of these workshops in publishing data.

Ok these are the three to add:
NOAA’s National Coral Reef Monitoring Program Coral Benthic Assessment Data
NOAA’s National Coral Reef Monitoring Program Coral Demographic Data
Wilkinson Basin Time Series Station (WBTS): Mesozooplankton 2004-2017

I'll attempt to add them directly to the table on the about page in the workshop repo. Hopefully that's the right process :-)

Ok they are added to the table in the About but they are not up in the website, I'm guessing there is some release that needs to happen for them to show up on the website?

I was also thinking about the CeNCOOS eDNA dataset and the PacIOOS datasets and how they weren't worked on because of one of the workshops but they were a product of the working group and probably many others. Do we want to track those too? What gets hard is that the workshop is so intertwined with the working group that it might be difficult to tease out one from the other.
