Add an FAQ to capture some frequently odd cases

What should we add?

It would be nice to collect our frequently asked questions into a page on this website. Some of the things that come up frequently enough that aren't clearly documented already.

For example, there was a question in the slack space about what to do when you have a presence of and animal but you don't have a count.

In this example

keep those records. Leave organismQuantity blank, put the "too many to count" in the occurrenceRemarks and leave the occurrenceStatus as present.
