I am utilizing IPverse for the GeoIP lookup of IP addresses. However, today a user reported being unable to access certain region-restricted services. After several hours of troubleshooting, the user finally disclosed that they are using Starlink for internet access. Below is the WHOIS information for the IP address in question.

Could this issue be related to IPverse's service, or is it more likely an issue stemming from an upstream provider of the GeoIP data?
