IQ2MC CRASH WHEN USING PARTITION MODEL #145

Dear Developers,

I have been running iq2mc to generate the hessian matrix and it has been crashing. I have upgraded to IQTREE3.1 as suggested in a previous issue.
I have attached the alignment file, log file and partition file used.

It is giving me the error :
