Update wiki for installation instructions #21
Description
The main project page contains extra installation steps dated July 14th, 2017 but these instructions are not included in the "Installation" section of "Getting Started". It would be good to have the documentation consistent.
Since Lucee has a Windows installer that is commonly used to install the BonCode AJP connector for IIS it would also be great to include the setup required to get the extension to work with a Lucee + IIS. The user "Redtopia" did a pretty good write up here
