Creating a Repository for the GSoC 2025 Project: Grafana Data Source Plugin for istSOS4

Hello istSOS4 admins,
I am very excited to be participating this year as a GSoC contributor for the istSOS community, and I am thankful for accepting my proposal.

I have now requested my OSGeo user ID to create my profile and the project repository.
My project is somewhat independent of the core codebase, as it is a plugin for Grafana integration, so I believe it would be better to create a separate repository for it. I also noticed that this was the case for GSoC 2024 contributors last year. So, I ask for write access or something similar.
Also, my mentors @danistrigaro, @ClaudioPrimerano and @massimiliano-cannata I hope to communicate closely with you.
If there is another preferred method of communication besides email and this GitHub discussion, please let me know.

here is the new repository, https://github.com/istSOS/istSOS4-GrafanaPlugin feel free to fork and work on a fork or directly work on the new repo.
Let us know if permissions are right.

Thanks for creating the repo and sharing the link. It seems that @danistrigaro made the initial commit. However, when I checked my access by trying to update the README.md, I received the following message:

This is about permissions. That said, it's not a big problem, as I’ll work on my fork and submit pull requests. However, for the project's wiki page and updates, I think I should have write access.
