The Stylistic alternates are not working in Web fonts.

If you are using the webfonts from Google Fonts — all font families are stripped of most font features to save bandwidth. You will need to build your own webfonts. You can download the TTFs from Google and convert them here: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator

Be sure to select the glyphs and features you want to keep using the advanced options.
