Thanks for remembering this extension even exists, you’re doing more maintenance on it than I am at this point :) I’m so sorry for being MIA. Probably missed the notif and kinda forgot this project since I don’t use DS much anymore. As for the auto-expanded thought box, yeah, that sounds annoying. I’ll see if I can do something about it. No promises though, motivation’s been on life support. But if it’s a quick fix, I’ll sneak it in. I really appreciate you taking the time to share feedback, especially something this specific and useful. |

The latest release v2.1.0 now includes a persistent thinking process collapse toggle It's available under DeepStyled customisation settings ➡️ Note Clicking on the thought process element won't reveal it again. Only toggling |

The current implementation of the deepseek chat frontent always auto-expands the thought process textbox, even after users explicitly collapse it. It would be nice if your extension offered an option to keep the thought process box minimized unless the user wants to manually expand it, similar to how chatGPT has this implemented. For my use-case, I rarely need the thought-process box expanded, so I have to minimize it after every prompt, which gets tiresome real fast.
Thanks for your work on this extension, by the way, it's great!
