Several maps have broken gamemodes.

During a session on a private server we ran into some maps with broken modes. This is a list of every one I've found and I will add to it as i find more. I've also noticed a theme where demolition seems to be the most broken mode.

I didn't test all of these but i'm pretty sure all of these are broken in demolition.

DLC10

All of these incorrectly have an extra bombsite when played in demolition mode. I'm assuming whoever ported these decided to keep in the neutral bombsite used for overtime in MW3.
