game patch system by Title ID folders via per game settings within internal storage on android per game settings  #34

Description

@kwldude65

Feature Request: Built-in JMP Patcher + convert ISO to XISO integrated with per-game settings.

Image

What I'm requesting:

· A folder on Android storage for jmp patches: X1Box/jmp_patches/
· Name patches by Title ID (e.g., 4d530064.jmp for Halo 2)
· In per-game settings, a toggle to "Apply JMP Patch"
· When enabled, the emulator reads the jmp file, applies the HEX find/replace instructions to the .xbe, then (convert ISO to XISO) converts to XISO — all automatically

Why this matters:

· New workflow: Drop patch in folder → Toggle on → Play (0 steps on PC)

  1. Game Selection: You choose a game in your library
  2. Navigate to Settings: Open the game's per-game settings menu
  3. New "Patches" Section: A folder on Android storage for .jmp patches: X1Box/jmp_patches/:
    · Enable/disable individual patches via simple toggles
    · Browse for and add patch files (JMP patches)
    · Converts to XISO — all automatically

Technical notes:

· JMP files are plain text (find/replace HEX values). No binary patch reverse-engineering required.
· This is file processing, not core emulation changes.
· Many HD patches already exist in .jmp format.

This would make X1Box the easiest way to play modded Xbox games on Android. No PC needed at all.

You've already built per-game settings and had convert ISO to XISO on x1box version 1.16, so this feels like a natural extension. Just wanted to put it on your radar for down the road. Thanks for everything you do for X1Box 🙏
