Add art asset for "swamp" tiles.

Currently swamp tiles are visually indistinguishable from other tiles. Create some art asset to represent a swamp/marsh/bog/wetlands (example photo).

Note that this does not need to be visually similar to current representations of tiles/biomes as these will likely change dramatically, it should probably be more similar to a Civ-style design (see screenshot)
