Prepare for OpenStack

set pool 3 size to 3

set pool 4 size to 3

Enable cinder's client access Ceph image pool

ceph auth caps client.cinder mon 'allow r' osd 'allow class-read object_prefix rbd_children, allow rwx pool=volumes, allow rwx pool=vms, allow rwx pool=images'

Verify

ceph -s
ceph -w
