Write "What's new" article about 5.0

With Beta1 out, we have completed all the features we aimed for.
We should create a GH page about CDI 5.0 content, highlighting newly added features and adding some basic example usages to the most prominent ones.

I'll assign myself though I expect I won't get to it right away.

Allow registering BuildCompatibleExtension programmatically in CDI SE

The CDI SE API is not part of CDI Lite, so you're by no means required to implement it.

The CDI SE API is not part of CDI Lite, so you're by no means required to implement it.

I was just about to write the same; it shouldn't affect you. It just adds symmetrical API for CDI Full impls (which can add portable extensions exactly this way).

BTW if you encounter anything, please create separate issues. This is issue just a tracker for an article summing up news.
