This is more of a question than an issue. You and several others (including Espressif) recommend using Zadig to change the USB driver. Your video is the first mention of a downgrade I've seen. Others are clear about using the WinUSB "generic" driver but don't mention specific versions.
Until I saw your video, I thought that since I'm using a newer version of the correct driver, I did not need to make a change.
Do you know why downgrading is necessary?
