Why downgrading USB driver is necessary

This is more of a question than an issue. You and several others (including Espressif) recommend using Zadig to change the USB driver. Your video is the first mention of a downgrade I've seen. Others are clear about using the WinUSB "generic" driver but don't mention specific versions.

Until I saw your video, I thought that since I'm using a newer version of the correct driver, I did not need to make a change.

Do you know why downgrading is necessary?

@mnigbor Good question. I can't claim to have a scientific reason for that, it just didn't work for me when I used the newest version, which I think was .10 at the time. So I tried it with downgrading and that worked, so it stuck with me. Granted, this might be very outdated information, but I can't exactly add a commit to a video, which is what this repo is based on. Did you try it with the newest version and the one I mention?
