Landing Page Hero has jitter

Describe the bug
Nit UI Enhancement.
Upon loading the front page, the loading skeleton is smaller than the data, producing jitter.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://donations.exposed/
2. See jitter expansion of hero
   (also, adjust the browser network speed to 3G)

Expected behavior
A landing page with smooth transitions and no visual jitters.
