Description

Redesign the transcription footer UI with new interactive elements and improved visual feedback during different recording states.

Acceptance criteria

• Implement new icon buttons positioned to the left and right of the record button
• Update wave line animations with dynamic color changes based on recording state
• Implement different behavior for loading and transcribing modes
• Verify design matches Figma specification
