Support for objects

In the lisp mode, is accessing object methods like object#method supported? If I try using the hash symbol I get a syntax error.

hmm nope it doesn't currently support most of the OO parts of OCaml, including classes and objects.

To put it in context I am trying to translate and run some GTK GUI examples. For that most of OO like classes and objects definition is not needed. I think the only feature needed is method invocation so that 3rd party OOP based libraries can be interacted with.

If the compiler was string based I think it could be hacked just by adding a hash sign into the grammar of allowed characters of function identifiers. But since the compiler emits AST it is probably more complicated. There are probably some dedicated AST node types for method invocation?
