proper casino-like experience

at some point some actual casino like experience should be implemented!

first i'd consider the following:

• one dealer supports up to 5 players' hands (table logic), at the same time with a shared deck of cards
• at each turn the server waits for all players etc..
• the server can manage many dealers (spawns more if needed)
• improved, more real betting logic, side betting

I'd also suggest looking for TODO comments in the code itself, which ATM on the serwir branch produces the following output:
