Can the functions of chrome runtime and chrome storage be completed?

This package/repo was more of a "proof of concept". The way I did it here was just a bunch of copy/paste and manual tweaking. So doing it for the full Chrome API would be pretty impractical. I asked for help with getting Google and the team who write the Dart Chrome Extension to assist in helping automate wrappers but no luck dart-lang/webdev#2039 .
