Write a script that generates time series plots for population by census tract, ward, and ANC.
Note that this issue depends upon the cleaned population data and spatial crosswalk from Issues #22 and #23
Input:
Cleaned 2014-2016 population data by census block; spatial crosswalk by census block, ward, and ANC
Output:
One time series plot per spatial scale (i.e., census block, ward, and ANC) with the population data.
When you are finished
Submit a pull request on GitHub (or upload your scripts)
Upload any files to Dropbox
