Genericize Keying Mechanism

Edit so that machines are matched by keys in a method that can be added, removed, edited modularly. Initially build a module for Dell Serial Numbers and one for Mac Address on a PC.

Because our site here will rely only on PC serial number, we have hardcoded this in temporarily. This feature is still important, but is temporarily on hold.
