Merge to Script?

Thank you for the hard work! Is that possible to merge your changes to the Script package in a PR? Maybe people in other areas can extend your work to other languages.

Our work is focused on the encoding problem. It's only applicable when the default encoding of the operating system is GBK, and will FAIL in other cases.
So actually it's unfinished and hard-coded. We'll sent PR if we improve it someday.
