Subject: [PATCH] Rotate SonarCloud cache key with a content hash

The static ${{ runner.os }}-sonar key never changed, so ~/.sonar/cache
was never refreshed. Key on hashFiles('**/pom.xml') with a prefix
restore-key fallback so the cache stays fresh and self-healing.
