plugins/meetily was auto-generated against github.com/meetily/meetily,
an impersonation repository that distributed malware under the Meetily
name (since removed by GitHub). Its install steps also pointed users and
agents at `pip install meetily`, a PyPI name that is unclaimed and does
not correspond to the real product — Meetily is a desktop app with no
pip package and no `meetily` CLI.

Per the upstream maintainer's recommendation there is no safe CLI to
wrap, so the plugin is removed entirely along with its stale
quality-classifications entry. catalog.json is intentionally untouched;
CI regenerates it on plugins/ changes.
