Issue after upgrading to .14

After upgrading from 13 to 14, I can't find anything related directly to this in the upgrade notes - from what i can see it is mostly related to the Backoffice part.

I have used your example as a template, so hoping maybe someone here has an idea what happened:

I did a complete rebuild for Umbraco 14. You can find the PR here: #12. It has been merged into the main branch and you can find it here in Umbraco-OpenIdConnect-Example-v14+.
