Set a tab to have a hotkey that you set

On any given tab (whether it has a hotkey or not), you should be able to set a new hotkey to it. Once that tab is closed, even if you open another tab to the same link, the hotkey you set will no longer be in effect.

This is basically Vim-style marking, right? How does this feature suggestion relate to #18 -- is it either/or?

The feature from #18 should automatically happen and this feature should be able to set a new hotkey to a tab if the user wants.
