The option to hide titlebar is already there (at least in Windows), but I'll add from translation of your comment in different language: you'd like qView to "remember" that you toggled titlebar to hidden state once you restart the qView. I like the idea. Maybe you can get away by setting "H" key to toggle titlebar for now.
