SVG images handling enhancements

I'd like to leave a small enhancement request (or maybe this should be a bug report?): currently SVG images are automatically scaled up to extents of the qView window and one has to zoom out to see image at reasonable scale, though qView reports SVG's size correctly in title bar. I noticed other viewers (Imagine, XnView MP) display SVG images at correct scale out of the box.
