Adds ability to add a header to your source files with some simple revision info.
Ctrl+Shift+V will stamp source file.
Revision Date
Revision Time
Revised By ( Uses Windows Login Name )
Version Countbr
Adds "Version Header Stamp" option to Tools Menu
Each time ran, it will update all four lines.
Version Count will increment by 1.
Pretty basic and possibly give others an idea to improve on this.
