Test jersey2-api 2.48 and groovy-postbuild

Confirm there are no compatibility surprises in jersey2-api 2.48. None expected, but it is better to check here before the release than to discover a plugin BOM issue after the release.

From jersey2-api pull request:

• Bump org.glassfish.jersey:jersey-bom from 2.47 to 2.48 jersey2-api-plugin#164

From groovy-postbuild pull request:

• Support badge-plugin 3.x groovy-postbuild-plugin#191
