[JENKINS-45907] use codemirror class and monospace font for input box

Groovy script input field for job should use codemirror class and monospace font.

• changing the box to use a monospace font makes editing a lot easier and that should be a very straightforward change to implement.
• having syntax highlighting from the codemirror class would be even nicer. But this might be more work is Groovy is not supported.
