Hash::fromInt doesn't exist.

Hash::fromInt doesn't exist.
Project saved the int from that hash so I need to be able to convert it to the Hash.
Any ideas?

Try this:

$n = gmp_init($hex, 10);
$bits = sprintf('%064s', gmp_strval($n, 2));
$hash = Hash::fromBits($bits);
