Quarterly Service Verification

Per the Governance Protocol, general services must be verified quarterly.

Categories to Review

• Food (food banks, meal programs)
• Housing (shelters, housing help)
• Health (clinics, dental, mental health)
• Legal (legal clinics)
• Community (newcomer services, youth hubs)
• Indigenous (culturally-specific services)

Verification Checklist

For each service:

• Phone number connects
• Website loads and is current
• Address is correct
• Hours match current operations
• Eligibility criteria still accurate
• French translation is current

Process

1. Run npm run check-staleness to see which services are due
2. Verify each flagged service
3. Update provenance.verified_at in data/services.json
4. Commit changes
5. Close this issue when the current quarterly cycle is complete
