Replace DynamicPageDriver with a variant that skips the Java/Groovy translation step

There's no particular need for the XSP to go through a Java compilation step in-memory as it does. Instead, it could build a tree of component definitions and use that to dispense objects. There may be a start of this in the Bazaar currently.

Known work to do to adapt what's in the Bazaar:

• Entrypoint is XPagesInterpreter
• Subclass/replace DefaultControlFactory to allow creation of view roots instead of shimming in the UIInterpreterPanel
• Subclass AbstractXPagesLoader to provide an implementation of #load that reads from the WEB-INF directory and checks last-mod time in #isCacheExpired

With upstream changes in the Bazaar, this is closer to working. However, it still seems to have trouble with custom controls, and I wouldn't be surprised if dynamic content throws it for a loop too.
