Hey Jason Haddix,

I think you forgot to add REQUIREMENTS file or it's removed. Can you please check this.
In readme file it's clearly state that it's needed.

Read carefully and you will see, that the requirements are included in the recon-ng and altdns tool..
Just execute the install script.
