Readme has a link to ser2net/DOCS.md, but link is broken, should it work?

I would like to be able to adjust baudrate and parity for the serial port, is that possible?

Ah I don't have the DOCS.md file created as of now.

How are you using the serial port? if you are using a rfc2217 client to connect to the TCP port, it can remotely change these settings.

Its for reading a smart energy meter, there are two solutions in Home Assistant:

• DSMR Reader addon
• DSMR Smart Meter Integration

They both can read from serial port or network port. I would like to use them both (although integration not strictly needed) and also have two home assistant instances running (one of them connected to the smart meter via the serial port), so would need to read the smart meter from 4 points. As far as I know, a serial port can only be red by one application and also not remotely. I needed to expose the serial port on a network port, so that it can be red from multiple locations.

Out of the box I didnt get it to work with your addon (needed 115200n81 for ser2net) , so I adapted the addon to be more configurable, see over here: pvi hassio addons (did a bit of a simpler addon setup than yours). With that I managed to get things working.

I dont know too much about serial ports, so maybe there would be a way to get things working with your addon ootb, but otherwise it could be an idea to make it more configurable (I could do a pull request if you want, but you could also have a look at my repo, changes are not that big)
