Python 3 support

I've tried to use this plugin with python 3, tried some updates but my python skill is realy bad...
Do you plan to update plugin to python3?

I did my own fork since there hasn't been any activity from the creator. It's my first attempt at an OctoPrint plugin, so I re-did most of it the source and adapted it to the hardware I have (Pi OLED, 128x32).
