Cronicle Task Management (PM2 Ecosystem-style)

I want to discuss whether we can manage Cronicle tasks in a way similar to PM2 ecosystem.config.cjs.
Right now, we run monitor scripts from the repo.
On the PM2 side, we have config in code, which is easy to review, track, and version.

For Cronicle, task changes are mostly done in UI/API, which can be harder to track and can drift from repo expectations.
