I am also working on caption evaluation and wondering about where to download the alt-text, personality, and news image captioning human rating datasets used in the 'Case Study' section of your paper. I would appreciate it if you could offer the download links.

Thanks for reaching out, and for your interest in our work! I wanted to get back to you, but I don't have a great answer yet. For news, alt-text, and personalitycaps, I had to reach out to the folks who had initially collected those datasets, and so while I do have them saved, I don't nesc. have explicit permission to share them. It may take me a while to get a hold of everyone again, but I will ask them if I can share with attribution
