PUNT works well on desktop, but the layout doesn't really adapt to smaller screens right now. Before I invest in a mobile-friendly redesign or look into shipping as an installable app (Android/iOS via PWA or similar), I want to figure out what actually matters.
Some things I'm weighing:
- Responsive layout — which views should be prioritized first? Board, backlog, ticket detail?
- Mobile use case — is viewing/triaging enough, or should full ticket management work from a phone?
- Installable app — interested in PWA, or would native wrappers (Capacitor, etc.) be worth the effort?
- Desktop layout — even on desktop, the layout could be more flexible (resizable panels, collapsible sections, etc.)
PRs welcome if you want to take a crack at any of this — even incremental improvements to one view would be great. Feedback on what to prioritize is also helpful.
