The welcome dashboard and admin dashboard are functional but pretty bare — there's room for them to be a lot more useful at a glance. Thinking about adding charts and better summaries, but I'd rather build what people would actually look at.
Things I'm considering:
- Welcome dashboard — what should you see when you first log in? Sprint progress? Recent activity? Assigned tickets?
- Project dashboards — velocity charts, burndown, ticket distribution by type/priority/assignee
- Admin dashboard — system health, user activity, storage usage
- Charting library — any preferences? Recharts, Chart.js, something else?
