PUNT covers the core agile loop — backlog, board, sprints — but there's a lot of room to grow. I want to build the features that people actually miss from tools like Jira, Linear, etc. rather than guessing.
Things I've been thinking about:
- Sprint reports — velocity, burndown/burnup, carry-over trends
- Capacity planning — team availability, point allocation per sprint
- Workflow automations — auto-assign, auto-transition, triggered notifications
- Custom fields — beyond the built-in ticket fields, what else do teams need?
- Epics / initiatives — higher-level grouping above individual tickets
- Estimation tools — planning poker, t-shirt sizing, or is point-based enough?
