PUNT covers the core agile loop β backlog, board, sprints β but there's a lot of room to grow. I want to build the features that people actually miss from tools like Jira, Linear, etc. rather than guessing.
Things I've been thinking about:
- Sprint reports β velocity, burndown/burnup, carry-over trends
- Capacity planning β team availability, point allocation per sprint
- Workflow automations β auto-assign, auto-transition, triggered notifications
- Custom fields β beyond the built-in ticket fields, what else do teams need?
- Epics / initiatives β higher-level grouping above individual tickets
- Estimation tools β planning poker, t-shirt sizing, or is point-based enough?
What agile features do you use day-to-day that are missing? What do other tools get right (or wrong) that PUNT could learn from?
