After hours of debugging the strict dependences I managed to launch the demo but the generation stalls after the beginning tokens after I fix that the image is kept white, after managing to fix that the generation quality is very poor compared to the published results in the paper..
Nothing seems to work for me.
After failing to do it myself I tried also giving antigravity, claude code and cursor to try and setup the env and run the demo on a fresh machine with drivers configured, all failed like me, tested on 3 different machines on vast.ai and my local gpu server.
Is this repo operational?
what am i missing?
It seems like an endless trail of bugs (it probably points to the fact that I did something wrong, but I can't put my finger on what)
