Allow decryption from plain text challenge (base64) using OCR on an image.
Useful if barcode is garbled on whatever terminal.
Hint:
Introduce decrypt subcommand flag --barcode and --ocr and make "barcode" default, such that the defaults will be: --clipboard --bardcode.
