As a user, I want to auto-fill time to a category required by company policy when submitting hours for a day. I.e. my company may require hours allocated to "lunch", and so when I submit hours for a day I'd like that category to also be auto-filled to the required amount.
I could see this being an opt-in setting that takes a category and an amount of time to be auto-filled.
